After a highly successful debut in Zagreb, Croatia in October 2024, Women in Nautica is excited to announce that its next gathering will take place at Metstrade in Amsterdam on November 19, 2025. This move marks an important step in the initiative’s ongoing mission to highlight and support women’s contributions and leadership within the global marine sector.
The inaugural event welcomed more than 150 participants from across the boating world – including top executives, founders, engineers, and creatives. Industry frontrunners like Groupe Beneteau, ZF Group, and others joined dynamic panels and networking sessions exploring topics like innovation, inclusion, and business growth.
Building on that momentum, the initiative launched the Women in Nautica Podcast, now streaming on Spotify and Youtube, where trailblazers from the marine industry share their personal stories and professional insights in a fresh and accessible format.
By aligning this year’s event with Metstrade, the world’s leading marine equipment trade show, Women in Nautica is stepping directly into the center of the industry’s global conversation.
