In 1978 STEPE Ltd. was founded in Nice by Dimitrios Voulgarakis. The son of Konstantinos Voulgarakis as well as his grandson Dimitris Voulgarakis continue his work successfully.
The company is active in the field of cleaning. Undertakes cleaning projects for ships, airports, fuel tanks, factories and other industrial units. It is one of the first companies to bring water jetting to Greece.

The company facilities are shared between the Schistos Industrial Park and the Scaramanga area. Its modern offices are housed in VIPA Schistou, while its fully organized warehouse is located in the Scaramanga area, behind the shipyard. This location serves the direct distribution of the company machinery both inside and outside Greece.
