Croatia in the Spotlight of the International Yacht Charter Industry

The third edition of the CROYA Yacht Charter Show is a business event of national importance for Croatian yachting tourism. Held on Split’s Western Waterfront, it brings together more than 250 leading international charter brokers, an impressive fleet of superyachts and numerous Croatian exhibitors who form the backbone of this strong and growing industry.
At the very end of summer, from 28 September to 1 October, Split will once again become a key hub for luxury nautical tourism. The third edition of the CROYA Yacht Charter Show, the only B2B event of its kind in Croatia, organised by the Croatian Yachting Association (CRO.Y.A.), will bring together leading international charter brokers, yachting professionals and industry associations at Split’s Western Waterfront, showcasing the best of what the Adriatic has to offer in yacht charter.
In addition to yachts and charter brokers, the show will bring together Croatian and international exhibitors from across the yachting industry, whose products and services support yachts and their operations.
Due to strong demand, this year’s show has been extended from three to four days, giving brokers more time to inspect as many vessels as possible. Registration for the B2B segment remains open and applications are arriving daily until 22 September 2026. To date, more than 180 charter brokers from over 16 countries have registered, including the USA, Canada, Australia, the UK, Gibraltar, Spain, France, Monaco, Germany, Italy, Croatia, Slovenia, Montenegro, Greece, Cyprus and Turkey. By the registration deadline, organisers expect the number to reach last year’s level of approximately 250 participants.
People, Service and the Croatian Economy in Focus
Alongside yacht viewings and educational presentations for industry professionals, the show will feature a series of exciting competitions in which crew members will demonstrate their skills and expertise.
The main culinary event will be the Chef’s Competition, themed “DROPS OF GOLD”, with olive oil at the heart of every dish. Other competitions will focus on table decoration, mixology and the
preparation of flavoured waters, highlighting environmental sustainability and the elimination of single-use plastics.

In addition to the yachts exhibited in the marina, CROYA will once again bring together numerous Croatian and international companies whose products and services form an important part of the yachting industry infrastructure – supporting yachts and their crews in their day-to-day operations and enabling them to provide charter guests with service at the highest level.
“Croatia has for years been recognised as one of the world’s most desirable nautical destinations, but through the CRO.Y.A. association and this show, we want to demonstrate that we can offer much more than natural beauty. The third edition of the CROYA Yacht Charter Show is our most ambitious to date. Our goal is to bring together the entire ecosystem – from yacht owners and top-level crews to Croatian manufacturers and service providers – and show international charter brokers that Croatia offers a complete, highly professional and premium service at the highest level,” said CRO.Y.A. President Stipe Petričević, announcing the show.
A Blend of Tradition, Business and the Promotion of Croatia
Over the four days of the show, charter brokers will have the opportunity to thoroughly inspect the yachts on display, meet their captains and crews, and experience first-hand the level of service they can offer their clients.
The business programme will be complemented by evening events in Split and the popular Yacht Hop events – informal gatherings on board the yachts that provide brokers and crews with an additional opportunity to network in a more relaxed setting.
To give international charter brokers an even more complete experience of Croatia as a luxury charter destination, some yachts will also organise fam trips following the show. These familiarisation trips along the Croatian coast will allow charter brokers to experience destinations, local culture and gastronomy first-hand, as well as the overall experience of cruising aboard a yacht – experiences they can subsequently present to their clients.

“Boats are the magnet, but people and outstanding service are what bring clients back. CROYA was founded out of enthusiasm and the need for the industry to have a unified voice, while the show is our most important tool for creating new value for the Croatian economy as a whole. By connecting Croatian exhibitors with leading international charter brokers, yachting professionals and industry associations, we help ensure that capital stays in Croatia and that our country participates on an equal footing in the Mediterranean market. We are delighted by the positive response and are confident that Split is set for a four-day industry meet-up,” added Petričević.
The CROYA Yacht Charter Show is held under the patronage of the Ministry of Tourism and Sport of the Republic of Croatia.
Partners supporting this year’s CROYA include the Croatian National Tourist Board, the City of Split, Tourist Board of Split, Split and Dalmatia County Tourist Board, Port Authority of Split-Dalmatia County and the Croatian Chamber of Economy.
