Autumn 2021 at Boka Place
We had an extended summer in Porto Montenegro with sunshine throughout October, and an influx of international visitors who, alongside our Portonian residents, enjoyed a lively programme of cultural, gastronomic and sporting events and activities – which are at the heart of our vibrant waterfront community.
Meanwhile, the development of our new Boka Place neighbourhood, which is set to complete in 2023, continues at pace, and we are thrilled to have sold and reserved over 100 of the units currently on the market to a diverse range of buyers from around the world. Bringing the vibrant new offering to life, it features two showrooms, which showcase a guestroom from SIRO and a two-bedroom SIRO-managed residence, as well as a masterplan model of the wider development.
For those who can’t wait for Boka Place and want to call Porto Montenegro home now, there are a range of apartments available to purchase in the South Village, which feature the luxury waterfront residential buildings of AQUA, BAIA and Elena. New buyers can even take advantage of an additional payment incentive and buyer benefits until 31st December 2021.
