Repairs - Maintenance - Refit (Yachts)
Depending on the scale of repairs, maintenance and refit (Yachts - Ships) desired, this will define what facilities are needed. Many repairs, maintenance and refit can be done while the yacht is in water. However, for hull works and certain other repairs and maintenance a travel lift will be required and a booking with a shipyard or boat yard is necessary. To be cost efficient, internal refit projects will often be done in parallel to the external work.
