Marina Services

Raising the marina services benchmark, Ayia Napa Marina is the new premier yachting destination in the Mediterranean. Ayia Napa Marina offers world-class yachting facilities in a superb Mediterranean island location.
To set the highest standards of services, the marina has awarded the ISO 13687-1 certification. By acquiring the ISO Certificate, Ayia Napa Marina remains the only marina in Cyprus that has pertained this certificate, while it constitutes a Certified Yacht Harbour.
As of February 2021, Ayia Napa Marina has been included in the harbours. So receives and hosts large cruise ships and large yachts (Superyachts) from summer 2021.

Smart Marina

Berthing Facilities
The marina hosts 600 yachts in wet and dry slips.
Wet slips can accommodate 360 yachts up to 85 meters, the dry stack storage facility is available for 160 boats up to 10m in length and the dry dock area is available for 80 boats. A premium valet service is provided with complete provisioning and pre-launching of boats offering a hassle-free experience for the dry stack facility. The marina’s unique aspect is the fingerstyle berthing for yachts of 30 meters or less, while floating docks assure comfortable access in all conditions. The marina basin has depths of 3.5 to 7 meters to accommodate the deep drafts of sailing boats and superyachts. The specially engineered wave absorbing breakwater always minimises harbour chop and storm wave agitation assuring safe and comfortable berthing.
The dry stack storage facility provides the boat owners with a unique and innovative service based on three aspects: knowledge, quality, and speed. This maintains and secures a hassle-free experience for the boat owners. Additionally, through the specialised mobile application “ADIMARINE” that Ayia Napa Marina developed, the boat owners can directly submit their inquiries or report problems via their smartphones to the control room.

Amenities

Amenities offered include conveniently located comfort stations with laundry services, showers and WC, internet access and a dedicated crew lounge while a chandlery is already in operation. The marina will host a yacht club, a supermarket, shopping and dining experiences which will be located just steps away in the Commercial Zone of the marina.

Boat Yard

The boatyard offers an extensive range of high-level professional marine services such as hauling, launching, and boat maintenance operations.

The marina’s technologically advanced systems and facilities can lift yachts of LOA up to 36 meters and 150 tons.

– Boat Maintenance Building and Services

The boatyard features state-of-the-art technology, such as a remote-controlled travel hoist, cleaning, dyeing, and repairing systems, which constitute it unique in the eastern Mediterranean region. A heavy load pad and a warehouse load-rated storage mezzanine can be isolated to permit climate-controlled application of hull coating and other sensitive systems.
