Versilia Marine Service was founded in Viareggio in 1976 and has been specializing in the marketing and maintenance of safety equipment for vessels, ships, pleasure boats, commercial, and military units ever since. Over the years, the company has expanded its range of services, eventually focusing on the market search for new rescue devices and high-tech safety equipment for onboard use.

Versilia Marine Service is involved in the supply, maintenance, and servicing of essential equipment for safe navigation, including liferafts, pyrotechnics, inflatable life jackets, EPIRBs, Jonbuoys, and generally all the mandatory rescue devices according to national and international regulations, with proper certification issuance. The company is authorized to repair inflatable boats made of PVC and neoprene, service portable fire extinguishers for nautical use, and supply various safety equipment for onboard use. Over the years, the company has also specialized in the sale of workboats for use as tenders, rescue boats, canoes, dinghies, inflatable catamarans (minicats), and individual and collective safety equipment for naval units (pleasure, commercial, and military).

Since 2022, it has been the official dealer for U-SAFE in Italy. U-SAFE, the result of innovative European research in the field of marine safety accessories, is a remote-controlled, autonomous propulsion life-saving device designed to recover a person overboard, ensuring the safety of the rescuer during the rescue operation.
Versilia Marine Service covers the entire national territory and the French coast, offering its clients dedicated services to ensure compliance with protocols for safe and correct navigation. Clients are continuously informed and updated on the latest maritime regulations.
