YARE – Yachting Aftersales & Refit Experience – reveals today the full program for its 16th edition, taking place from 11 to 13 March 2026 in the Tuscan nautical district. With over 100 companies and 100 captains from four continents, YARE confirms its role as a global platform where refit becomes technological updating and a tool to anticipate market trends.

Refit is no longer just routine maintenance: it now involves technological upgrades, regulatory compliance, and advanced digital solutions. YARE 2026 builds on this vision with a program combining morning forums, afternoon workshops, and personalized B2C meetings, designed to tackle the most pressing challenges of the sector. Topics include AI in shipyard processes, emissions regulations, cybersecurity, international taxation, onboard well-being, and captain-shipyard relationships.

March 12: YARE Forum and MARE focus
The morning of 12 March is dedicated to the YARE Forum, featuring the MARE focus – Mediterranean Aftersales & Refit Experience. Sessions will analyze the current state of the industry, with insights from experienced captains, sector managers, and Mediterranean cluster representatives. The Forum offers an unfiltered overview of the market, fostering open debate and direct confrontation among professionals operating daily in the sector.

March 13: Problem-solving workshops
The afternoon of 13 March features thematic workshops, designed as operational working tables rather than lectures. Captains bring real challenges, and companies offer practical solutions. Topics include AI integration in refit and predictive maintenance, international tax and legal frameworks, onboard staff well-being, and optimizing captain-shipyard collaboration. The workshops are based on months of dialogue with the YARE community, providing hands-on, immediately applicable knowledge.

Meet the Captains: the core of YARE
Central to YARE remains the B2C Meet the Captains format. Each participating company receives a personalized agenda of 15 one-to-one meetings with highly profiled international captains. Using a dedicated platform and the official app, appointments are targeted and effective, connecting supply and demand with precision. Captains are carefully selected by NAVIGO and oversee refit, maintenance, and supply decisions on high-prestige units, ensuring meetings are highly relevant and professional.

A international event
YARE 2026 confirms its global dimension: over 100 companies and 100 captains from four continents will attend. While 30% of companies are Italian, 70% come from international markets, including Spain, Netherlands, UK, Monaco, USA, Switzerland, France, and more. The geographical diversity strengthens opportunities for technological exchange, partnerships, and market insights.
YARE is part of Tuscany Yachting Week, supported by the Chamber of Commerce of North-West Tuscany, the Tuscany Region, and Toscana Promozione Turistica, highlighting its strategic importance for the regional economy.
